Ingredients
1 small yellow onion
240 grams of reindeer (see picture for the kind we usually get)
2 tablespoons butter
250ml medium fat cream (15%)
2 tablespoons butter
Chopped parsley
1 heaped teaspoon white flour
Salt
Pepper
Lingonberry jam
Serve with
Potatoes
Steamed vegetables
Directions
Peel and thinly dice the onion and brown it in a large pan with butter.
Add the meat and cook for a short time (if the meat is thin).
Add cream and flour.
Boil for a short time until the sauce becomes thick.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve with mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables and lingonberry jam.
